According to the North American Menopause Society, approximately 6,000 women reach menopause every day in the United States, imagine the numbers across the world! And while menopause is a natural biological process, it can come with some undesirable symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and more. The good news is that there are ways to ease into menopause and find relief from these symptoms. 


One day you're enjoying your usual cup of coffee when you start to feel a bit warm. You take your sweater off and fan yourself for a bit, but the feeling doesn't go away. In fact, it gets worse. 3)     Manage your mood swings: Mood swings are also common during menopause. If you find yourself getting irritable or short-tempered more often than usual, try to take some time for yourself to relax and de-stress.

4)     Exercise and eat right: Eating a healthy diet and getting regular exercise can help combat weight gain, fatigue, and other menopausal symptoms.

5)     Talk to your doctor: If menopause is proving to be more difficult than you anticipated, don't hesitate to reach out to your medical practitioner for help. They can provide additional tips and resources that may be helpful.
